Delivery from Our Online Store

We offer several convenient delivery options for your comfort:

1. Delivery to Omniva and DPD Parcel Lockers
   • When placing an order, you will be able to choose the nearest Omniva or DPD parcel machine for receiving your order.
   • Delivery time: 1-2 business days if the item is in stock.
   • Once the order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with a code to open the locker compartment. The code is valid for 7 days.
   • Delivery cost to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia: 2.50 EUR including VAT.
   • Free delivery for orders over 50 EUR.
2. Door-to-Door Courier Delivery
   • The courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
   • Delivery is made to the address specified, up to your door.
   • If, for any reason, the courier cannot deliver the item, it will be placed in the nearest parcel locker, and you will receive a notification to collect your order.
   • Delivery cost to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia: 7.50 EUR including VAT.
   • Free delivery for orders over 150 EUR.
3. Self-Pickup from Warehouse in Liepaja
   • You can pick up your order personally from our warehouse in Liepaja.
   • Self-pickup is available at a pre-arranged time.
4. Delivery of Large and Wholesale Orders
   • Delivery of large or wholesale orders is calculated individually.
   • Contact us to clarify the cost and delivery times.
5. International Delivery (Outside Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia)
   • Delivery outside these countries is carried out via TNT, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
   • Delivery time to EU countries: 1-2 business days (Express delivery).
   • Delivery costs are calculated separately based on the package size and weight.

• If the item is not in stock, we will notify you of the delivery time within two business days.
• If the proposed timeframes do not suit you, you can cancel the order and receive a refund (if the order was paid).
