Ordering and Payment
We have made the purchasing and payment process as simple as possible to ensure you receive your order quickly and conveniently. This step-by-step guide will help you navigate the entire journey from selecting a product to its delivery.
Step 1: Product Selection and Adding to Cart
Browse our catalog to find the right product for you. On the product page, you'll find a detailed description and specifications. To add an item to your cart, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. If you have a discount coupon or a gift card, you can use it on the checkout page. Just click the corresponding button, enter the code, and the system will automatically recalculate your order total.
Step 2: Placing Your Order
Go to your cart and click the "Checkout" button. You will need to fill out a form with your contact details, delivery address, and payment information. You can place an order as a guest, or you can register to avoid re-entering your details for future purchases. Registered users can also track the status of their orders.
Step 3: Choosing Delivery
Select the most convenient delivery method for you. We offer:
- Warehouse Pickup in Riga: You can pick up your order for free after arranging a pickup time.
- Delivery to a Parcel Locker: We will send your order to the nearest Omniva or DPD parcel locker. You will receive an SMS notification when the package is ready for collection.
- Courier Delivery: A courier will deliver the order directly to your door at the address you provide.
- Wholesale Delivery: For large or wholesale orders, the cost and terms are calculated individually.
Step 4: Choosing Payment
We offer several convenient and secure payment methods:
- Bank Transfer: You can pay for your order by making a transfer as an individual or a legal entity using our banking details.
- Payment Card: Pay for your order online with Visa or Mastercard cards.
- Installment Payment: Use the services of our partners, ESTO, including ESTO 6 (payment in 6 equal parts) or ESTO Installment (up to 60 months).
Step 5: Order Confirmation
After selecting all options and clicking the "Place Order" button, you will receive a confirmation to your email. We will begin processing your order, and you will be able to track its status. You will receive notifications about any changes.

For legal entities: You can place your order independently by providing your company's details. The invoice will be sent automatically to your email. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us, and we will send the invoice via your chosen method.
