At iDrone.lv, we are committed to providing only high-quality products. All items are covered by a warranty, the terms of which are outlined below. This policy is developed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia to protect consumer rights and ensure the legal integrity of our operations.
General Provisions
- All products available at the iDrone.lv store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period depends on the product category and is specified in its description or accompanying documentation.
- For private individuals (consumers), in accordance with current legislation, you have the right to file a claim regarding product quality within 24 months from the date of purchase. Claims will be considered only if the product was used for its intended purpose.
- For legal entities that do not qualify as consumers, only the warranty conditions set by the manufacturer apply.
Warranty Terms
To retain and use the warranty, you must have and provide the following documents:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, delivery note, etc.).
- The warranty card (if it was included with the product).
The warranty does not cover accessories sold with the product, or consumable parts and components with a limited lifespan (e.g., batteries, propellers, etc.).
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty obligations are not valid in the following cases:
- Damage caused by the user or third parties (mechanical damage, liquid ingress, signs of impact).
- Violation of the integrity of warranty seals.
- Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use, or in violation of the user manual.
- Improper operation that resulted in malfunctions (e.g., using a non-original power supply, parts, or consumables).
- Damage caused by external factors (power surges, exposure to high or low temperatures, natural disasters).
- Evidence of unauthorized repair performed outside of certified service centers.
- Use of the product for professional or commercial purposes if it is not designed for such use by the manufacturer.
- Damage resulting from improper transportation or storage.
Application Process
If you encounter a malfunction, please contact us to resolve the issue amicably. To submit a claim:
Send an email to info@idrone.lv, providing the following:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The reason for your claim and the date of purchase.
- A copy of the proof of purchase.
Important: Before sending the device for repair, please ensure you have backed up all personal data. Service centers are not responsible for data loss.
Your claim will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receipt, after which we will inform you of the next steps.
All disputes and disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
