Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

We value every customer and strive to make the purchasing process as comfortable as possible. If for any reason you decide to return a product, please review the conditions below.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

• In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.
• This right applies only to private individuals (consumers). For legal entities, product returns are processed in accordance with the terms established in the contract.

Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

• Notify us. Send a written notice of your decision to our email address: info@idrone.lv. In your email, please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return (providing a reason is not mandatory, but it helps us improve our service).
• Return the product. The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you sent your notice. Returns must be made in person at our legal address, where we can inspect the product together. We do not accept returns sent via postal services, as a joint visual inspection is required. If the product is returned via a courier, we reserve the right to prepare a one-sided acceptance report.

Return Conditions

We will accept a product for return if:

• It has not been used and is in its original condition.
• It has no mechanical damage, scratches, chips, or other defects.
• The original packaging and all accessories are intact.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
• The refund amount will include the product cost and standard shipping expenses (if you chose the least expensive shipping option we offered). Additional shipping costs incurred from choosing a more expensive method will not be refunded.
• If payment was made by card (Visa / MasterCard), we reserve the right to withhold 2.5% of the total amount to cover bank fees.

Important Considerations

• Responsibility for the product: You are responsible for the preservation, integrity, and functionality of the product until it is handed over to us.
• Product value depreciation: If the product was used beyond what is necessary to inspect its type, features, and functionality, resulting in a decrease in its value, we reserve the right to withhold an amount equivalent to this depreciation.
• Insurance: Drone insurance, being an intangible product, is not refundable once its unique code has been activated in the manufacturer's system.
• Product discrepancies: If you discover an error in the product's packaging or any visual damage upon receipt, please contact us immediately by phone at +371 2244 2565 or by email at info@idrone.lv.
• Damages: YUKON SIA does not compensate for damages caused by using the product under unforeseen circumstances.
